If it’s a ‘yes’ to any of the above, then the role of teaching assistant at TPA could be just right for you! Your primary role will be to support teachers with children’s learning activities. You will work under the guidance of a year group leader to support the learning of children across the ability range in whole class, group and sometimes 1:1 tasks, both in the classroom and in separate work spaces. You will also support the general safeguarding and wellbeing of all TPA children.
