What skills and experience we're looking for

A committed, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Minimum NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.

Experience of working within an educational capacity.

Knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, particularly for Year 6 pupils.

A person who can work in partnership with children, parents, carers and staff.

Ability to establish positive relationships with pupils and empathise with their needs.

Ability to work flexibly within a supportive and committed team.
