Teaching Assistant to support a child with an EHCP job summary

We are seeking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support a child with an EHCP. The successful candidate will have an appropriate qualification at NVQ Level 2 or above and the experience to support the child’s needs.

It is expected that candidate will have recent experience working in educational settings. There will be an expectation to complete paperwork, attend meetings and work closely with the child’s family. The successful applicant will be a flexible team player, committed to raising standards and meeting the needs of this child as they move across the school and support the Catholic ethos of the school.

You must have the following qualifications:

GCSE Maths and English (Grade A-C) or equivalent

NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
