What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced teaching assistant, to support the educational, personal and social development of a Year 3 pupil, under the direction and guidance of relevant colleagues e.g. the Principal, SENCo and class teacher. Working collaboratively with relevant colleagues, you will be required to adopt relevant strategies and techniques to enable pupils to access the curriculum, engage with their learning and achieve their full potential. Taking responsibility for implementing planned learning activities/teaching programmes, as agreed with the teacher, you will adjust activities according to the children’s responses as appropriate. You will be able to demonstrate a measurable impact on pupil’s attainment as well as their social and emotional well-being.
