Teaching Assistant job summary

Part-time, fixed term until August 2026

Hours: 31.25 hours p/ week

Start date: 1st December 2025

Duties include:

Establishing positive relationships with pupils

Supporting pupils with activities which support literacy and numeracy skills

Promoting positive behaviour and helping keep pupils on track

Assisting with displaying and presenting pupils’ work

Lunchtime Duty

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working with children in EYFS and have a commitment to supporting and encouraging all children to reach their potential.
