Urchfont Church of England Primary School is seeking to appoint a positive and energetic Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils.

You will work closely with teaching staff to adapt and clarify lesson content, helping pupils to understand instructions and engage with activities. There will be the opportunity to provide targeted support in key areas such as reading, writing, and communication, encouraging pupils to stay focused and complete their work.
