What skills and experience we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting children with additional needs in a school environment, a recognised Level 3 childcare qualification and an understanding of child development.

Hours of work will be 8:30 - 15:15 Monday to Friday term time plus 5 staff training days each year, with the role supporting children in KS2.
