Hall Meadow Primary School is a friendly, welcoming and inclusive school at the heart of the Kettering community and part of the InMAT Trust. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant with Lunchtime Supervisor duties, who has a passion for supporting children.

As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering high‑quality, inclusive learning across the curriculum
- Work closely with individual pupils and small groups to help them overcome barriers to learning
- Foster positive behaviour, well‑being and strong relationships
- Supervise and support pupils during lunchtimes, encouraging safe play, social interaction and positive behaviour
- Contribute to a calm, caring and nurturing school environment throughout the day
- Is patient, caring and child‑centred
- Communicates effectively with pupils, staff and parents
- Works well as part of a team and shows initiative
- Understands the importance of safeguarding and pupil well‑being

About the Role This is a varied and rewarding position supporting children across the school. It involves working 27.5 hours per week as a Teaching Assistant and 5 hours per week as a Lunchtime Supervisor. It is a fixed term position to 31st August 2026 with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Early Years Teacher/ Key Stage 1 Lead and Phonics Lead
Are you an enthusiastic and committed Early Years teacher ready for the next step in your career? If so, we would like to meet you.
Due to our Early Years Teacher venturing overseas, we are looking for an experienced Early Years Teacher to lead our youngest pupils as well as to lead Key Stage 1 and phonics to start in September. The successful candidate must be able to build positive relationships with their pupils and will actively promote the school values – Respect, Responsibility and Resilience. You must also be willing and able to build on our Good OFSTED report (Dec ’22) which stated:
