Working pattern

Part time: 27.5 hours per week, comprised of: Teaching Assistant - 25 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8.50am to noon and 1.15pm to 3.05pm) Plus Midday Supervisor – 2.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri Noon to 12.30pm or 12.45pm to 1.15pm) Term time only plus Trust training days and one whole school training day

£15954- £16186 with pay award pending

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish the opportunity to:

  • Provide a magical experience for our children
  • Develop, maintain and apply knowledge and understanding of pupils’ general and specific learning needs. To ensure that support is given to them at an appropriate level
  • Seek to ensure the promotion and reinforcement of pupils’ self-esteem, appropriate levels of effort and behaviour and to guide students to become independent learners.
  • Supervise and assist pupils during their midday break and to ensure their safety, welfare and general conduct. To assist in the setting up and removal of furniture where necessary.

  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.
