Teaching Assistant with Personal Care job summary

We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated and resilient individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant with responsibilities that include providing personal care at Orion Eden Park.

This rewarding role involves supporting students with a range of learning needs, both in and out of the classroom, to help them access the curriculum and reach their full potential. You will work closely with teaching staff, the SEND team and external professionals to deliver targeted support, contribute to tailored interventions and promote independence.

A key part of this role is supporting students with personal care needs, ensuring that this is carried out with dignity, respect and sensitivity at all times. You will also play an important role in promoting inclusion, advocating for students with SEND and ensuring they are fully supported within the school community.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is patient, empathetic and committed to inclusive education, and who is motivated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
