Teaching Assistant
We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled Teaching Assistant to join our very supportive, hardworking and successful team from September 2024. The role would be within our inclusion support team, working across the school.
We wish to appoint someone who is able to use their initiative in the classroom to help support the high-quality curriculum delivery in the classroom; implement intervention programmes for individual children and support the implementation of learning plans and EHCP targets. This is will be working closely alongside a dedicated team to provide the best possible opportunities and outcomes for our children. We are looking for someone who:
- Has high expectations and a commitment to providing the best possible education for all pupils.
- Is enthusiastic, flexible and organised with excellent communication skills and initiative.

- Is a committed individual who enjoys working as part of a hard-working and welcoming team.
- Has high expectation of pupils’ learning and behaviour.
- Is familiar with SEN practices including EHC plans.
- Has a warm, caring, nurturing personality with a friendly disposition.
