Woolpit Primary Academy is looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and support pupils to achieve their full potential. Working closely with the class teacher, you will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment, providing support with learning, social, emotional and welfare needs. You will encourage pupils to engage in activities, develop their independence and interact positively with others, while helping to scaffold learning and provide feedback on their progress.
