Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants job summary

Little Sutton CE Primary School are seeking to appoint two caring, committed and resilient Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team from September 2026.

The successful candidates will work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and other professionals to provide personalised support, enabling pupils with additional needs to access learning, develop independence and thrive within our inclusive school community.

We are looking for individuals who are patient, adaptable and nurturing, with a genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential.
