- Level 1 – Band C (£11.01 per hour) Level 2 – Band D (£11.21 - £11.42 per hour) Level 3 – Band E (£11.63 - £12.50 per hour
What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to contribute to the delivery, and evaluation of the learning process
- Someone who can work with others and support colleagues to ensure effective learning is taking place
- Be committed to personalised learning to meet our children and young peoples’ needs
- Ideally hold previous experience within the SEND sector would be desirable, but not essential
- Be a motivated, excellent teaching assistant who has a commitment to the learning and progress of children with special educational needs.
- Someone with a good sense of humour, resilience and strong determination
- A person who can work on their own initiative and also work well as part of a team.
- Experienced in managing behaviours that challenge with knowledge of strategies and therapies that support engagement in learning
