Clarion Academy Trust are seeking to appoint two Teaching Assistants to join our Teaching Assistant and SEND Team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting young people in their academic and social development.

We welcome applicants with a range of experiences and will expect the successful candidate to influence and motivate others via their own excellent inter-personal and communication skills.

You will be someone who understands and enjoys working with young people, is well organised, flexible, adaptable and enjoys variety in your work. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate students and gain their respect.
