What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• Will be able to teach any class in the school from Foundation Stage to Year 6 for short notice sickness absence cover, long-term absence cover and pre-arranged training or leadership cover
• Will have a good understanding of the National Curriculum expectations for all year groups
• Will have good behaviour management strategies for all age groups
• Is highly organised and adaptable
• Is a good communicator; able to work closely with teachers and teaching assistants across the school
• Is able to build excellent relationships with children and parents
• Is confident, resilient and able to work under pressure
