What skills and experience we're looking for
Who we’re looking for
You will be able provide the skills and knowledge required to effectively manage the demands of a busy office environment dealing with both internal and external queries and support coordination of a range programmes and services the Birmingham South Teaching School Hub offers. In order to increase our sector engagement, you should be able to demonstrate attention to detail and be highly responsive to the Hub’s priorities ensuring deadlines are met and actions are completed in a timely and responsive fashion, enabling the team to work effectively as possible.
You will have:
- Relevant qualifications including 5 GCSEs A* to C (of which two must be maths and English).
- Experience in an administrative setting.
- Experience of using management information systems and MS office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly effective organisational skills
- Strong commitment to the Trust values of ‘Service’, ‘Teamwork’, ‘Ambition’ and ‘Respect’
