  • “Someone who tells us what we need to do next in order to improve”
  • “Someone who makes learning fun”

We can provide you with a strong team of enthusiastic, dedicated colleagues who will support you to the fullest, and opportunities to grow professionally.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Cares about children’s life chances
  • Is aspirational for the future
  • Sets high expectations and drives improvement to standards
