We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic School Human Resources Advisor to join the team at Batley Girls’ High School and deliver an effective, best practice Human Resources (HR) service to the school, working closely with colleagues in the Senior Leadership Team. The role is temporary until 31 December 2022 to cover an absent colleague.
The successful applicant will have significant previous experience of working in a generalist HR role, hold the level 5 CIPD qualification (or equivalent, or have equivalent relevant experience) and be an effective communicator. A flexible ‘can do’ attitude is essential, as is the ability to be proactive and work with minimum supervision.
