We are looking for a passionate and motivated Geography specialist to join our vibrant Humanities and Enterprise Faculty. This post is temporary for terms 1 and 2, finishing at the end of term in December.
Geography is a thriving subject at Fitzharrys, popular at GCSE and A Level. Students enjoy field trips from Year 7 onwards, in the local area and further afield. The successful candidate will teach A Level Geography. The Geography department has a well-established close partnership with Abingdon School, a local independent school. As part of this link we access the GIS Geographical Information System suite and software, as well as sharing subject expertise.
You will be joining a vibrant, creative and experienced team in a key faculty. The Humanities and Enterprise Faculty brings together Business Studies, Geography, History and Sociology, subjects enjoyed by students and integral to the life of Fitzharrys.
