What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for two enthusiastic and motivated teachers to join our dedicated team of staff from September 2024 on a temporary contract to cover maternity leave and promote excellence in teaching and learning. Our school is a thriving community with wonderful children who love learning. Behaviour is excellent and there is a full pastoral team to support children with their emotional wellbeing.

We are a three-form entry school with a large co-located Nursery School. Successful candidates will join a very supportive year group team and be provided with high quality induction, CPD and support.

You will:

  • Be a strong teacher with high expectations of learning and behaviour
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of what constitutes high quality teaching and learning
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the commitment to work as part of a team
  • Be committed to ensuring high levels of achievement
  • Be committed to raising standards
  • The post is suitable for ECTS. Salary will increase subject to approval of Teacher’s Pay Policy. End date between 9 to 12months subject to return date of staff member on maternity leave
