What skills and experience we're looking for

The Dove-Shell Federation is opening an additional resourced provision at St Thomas Moorside Primary School from September 2025. The provision will cater for 12 pupils with ASD or Social Communication Needs (SLCN) to benefit from attending a mainstream school, whilst also receiving specialist input relating to the child's needs. The classroom has a sensory room, snug area and a small formal teaching area. The intention of the governing body is to fill the places gradually, starting with our own federative children.

Applicants will be highly organised, flexible, enthusiastic and be able to work as part of an effective and hard-working team. Experience with working with SEND and ASD pupils would be desirable.
