What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a talented and hard-working colleague to join our Maths Department leadership team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the classroom and will have the necessary skills and experience to provide strong, visible and proactive support to the Curriculum Leader and Assistant Curriculum Leader of Maths, as well as leading numeracy across the curriculum. This post can serve as an excellent stepping stone to colleagues who wish to become department leads in the future and the school is committed to providing continual and high-quality professional development to support with this.

The department is well resourced and very well led and managed with pleasing examination outcomes in 2024. Visits to the school prior to applying are very much encouraged.
