Thrive Practitioner, with behaviour and attendance support job summary
The successful candidate will be required to deliver Thrive across the school, provide support for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in supporting staff with management of pupil behaviour and to communicate and provide support to parents to promote good attendance for all pupils.
You will:
be professional and a good role model for our pupils
promote the achievement of every child
work effectively as part of a team
motivate and inspire children and colleagues
have excellent communication skills
be able to work well under pressure
be committed to building strong parental and professional links
have GCSE (or equivalent) maths and English
be a certified Thrive Practitioner, or willing to undertake the training
have direct experience of working with children with additional learning needs and/or willingness to learn
be expected to show a strong commitment towards developing inclusive learning opportunities for the children and the flexibility to work across the Key Stages

Knollmead Primary School is a single form intake primary school with Nursery and Specialist Provision and is part of the Coombe Academy Trust.
Coombe Academy Trust comprises three Nursery and primary Schools, two Secondary Schools and a joint sixth form. In addition, within our schools we have five Specialist Resource Provisions. Our schools are based in Kingston and work as one entity to improve and maintain a high standard across the Trust. As a trust we are seeking to expand the areas that we support.
