Anglian Learning is seeking an ambitious, creative and highly organised Arts Development Lead to drive and champion arts enrichment opportunities across our family of schools.
This exciting role will lead the development of collaborative arts projects, cultural partnerships and Trust-wide enrichment opportunities that broaden pupils’ access to high-quality arts and cultural experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting schools with Artsmark and Arts Award participation, securing external funding, and strengthening connections with local, regional and national arts organisations.

About the Role
Working closely with school leaders, teachers, arts practitioners and cultural organisations, you will:
- Lead the development and coordination of extra-curricular arts and cultural opportunities across Anglian Learning schools
- Create and deliver innovative Trust-wide arts projects, performances, exhibitions and showcases
- Develop partnerships with galleries, theatres, universities, community organisations and arts practitioners
- Support schools in achieving Artsmark and developing Arts Award provision
- Identify and secure external funding through grants, sponsorships and partnerships
- Promote student voice, leadership and participation in the arts
- Strengthen collaboration between schools to share expertise and develop creative opportunities
- Represent Anglian Learning within regional and national arts and cultural networks
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking individual who:
- Has a strong passion for arts education and cultural engagement
- Has experience developing or coordinating arts, cultural or enrichment programmes
- Can build effective partnerships with schools and external organisations
- Has excellent communication, organisation and project management skills
- Is proactive, innovative and able to generate new opportunities
- Has experience of funding applications, partnership working or event coordination
- Understands the value of inclusion and participation in the arts for all young people
- Has knowledge of Artsmark and/or Arts Award (desirable)
