Trust Capacity Officer job summary
Work with the CEO to realise capacity for strategic development
Complete ad hoc tasks, commensurate with the level pay, as directed by the CEO and other members of the executive team
Support the role of the chair to realise the capacity of the board
Support and develop Trust growth strategy
Develop applications for growth relating to free schools, alternative provision and specialist provision
Critique and develop effective due diligence and conversion processes
