Trust Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Coordinator job summary

Tenure: Permanent - 10 hours per week x 52.14 weeks per annum

Salary: Scale S01 (points 23-25) £10,626 - £ 10,910)

We are seeking a Trust Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Coordinator who will work collaboratively across the Trust schools with teaching and support staff, Senior Leadership Teams and external providers to ensure the effective delivery, administration and safety of the Duke of Edinburgh Award programme.

The purpose of the role is to promote and run the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, managing all administration and working with external expedition providers. The postholder will plan and deliver an appropriate expedition programme, accompany pupils on activities during weekends and holidays and take responsibility for their safety and well‑being. They will also deliver the required training and oversee the full participant journey, fulfilling Manager, Leader and Expedition Supervisor duties to ensure high standards and successful Award completion.
