We are excited to share an opportunity to lead site operations and facilities

We are looking for an experienced estates professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership and communication skills, to lead our Estates team as Trust Estates Manager.

In this role, you will be part of our central team, working closely with school leadership and site teams to deliver a high-quality responsive estates service. Leading and delivering estate and facilities services, ensuring all health & safety legislation and statutory requirements are met. Working with Site Managers, you will take responsibility for the development and delivery of strong estate management routines and robust processes across our five sites.

You will also inform and lead the delivery of, the estates strategy balancing operational need with long term sustainability; truly shaping our learning environments by understanding the link with educational outcomes.

This is a full time, year round role with travel to our schools as required.

About you

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in facilities management across multiple sites.

You will have a strong knowledge of building compliance, planned maintenance and capital project delivery.

Excellent communication skills are critical, with the ability to build trust and influence a range of stakeholders across the organisation, to provide expert guidance on everything from day-to-day maintenance issues to strategic estate planning.

We are looking for someone who is a hands-on problem solver, who is passionate about creating safe, compliant and inspiring learning environments to high standards.

In this role, you will need to thrive in complex environments, manage multiple streams of work seamlessly from conducting technical building surveys, budget management, people management and representing the Trust.
