Are you an inspiring and visionary leader ready to shape the future of education across multiple schools? At the Osborne Cooperative Academy Trust, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Headteacher to take on the substantive headship of St Clere’s School whilst also working directly with the Assistant CEO to play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and development of exemplary practice in both this school and across our trust.

This role offers the unique experience to shape the educational experience of all students in our trust schools, all of which are rated as GOOD. About the Role:

As Executive Headteacher, you will:

  • Lead St Clere’s school with passion, integrity, and a relentless focus on excellence. Build on the recent GOOD Ofsted and embed the continued strategies of accelerated school improvement to achieve the trust aspirations. Support the Head of School to lead on the day-to-day operations of a large complex school on a continued journey of school improvement.
  • Oversee the exciting DfE approved new build and remodelling of the existing St Clere’s School site following RAAC.
  • Work collaboratively with other school leaders to drive improvement, share best practices, and foster a culture of high expectations across all our schools.
  • Chair the secondary headteachers group, ensuring consistency in standards, curriculum innovation, and pupil outcomes through collaboration and sharing of good practice.
  • Lead on the trust school improvement model of embedded peer to peer review through the School Partnership Programme.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the wider trust, influencing policy, pedagogy, and professional development.
