What skills and experience we're looking for
- Minimum of five GCSE (A-C/4+) including English and Maths or equivalent e.g., Adult Literacy/Numeracy at level 2.
- CIPD Level 3-5 or equivalent or willing to work towards the qualification
- Evidence of relevant CPD activities
- Experience of HR service delivery
- Experience of supporting school-based HR

This is a key position where the successful applicant will be developed as a HR professional and will be line-managed by the Human Resources Director (HRD) while working closely with the HR Teams across Beckfoot Trust in driving forward our key strategies to become a nationally recognised people-first organisation.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of HR experience in education. We are seeking an ambitious individual to support our HR function in becoming remarkable, promoting best practice across the Trust. The candidate will be able to provide the best possible HR service to our employees and stakeholders and will be committed to their own lifelong learning and development and to ensuring that we are one trust where all belong.
