We are seeking an outstanding educational leader to become our Trust Inclusion and Safeguarding Lead providing strategic leadership across our family of primary schools. This is an exciting opportunity to shape inclusive practices at Trust level, ensuring every child, regardless of need, background or circumstance, receives an exceptional education and can thrive.
Working alongside the CEO and Executive Team, you will lead the development and implementation of a Trustwide Inclusion Strategy, driving excellence in SEND, Safeguarding, and Inclusive practice across each of our 5 schools.
This is a highly influential role for an experienced leader with a passion for improving outcomes for the most vulnerable children within our Trust.
The Role
You will:
Develop and implement the Trust’s Inclusion Strategy.
Maintain consistently high standards of inclusion across all academies.
Grow and develop our specialist SEND provision, including the creation and expansion of Inclusion Hubs.
Lead Trust-wide strategies to improve outcomes for Disadvantaged pupils.
Act as the Trust Strategic Safeguarding Lead, ensuring safeguarding remains exemplary across every school.
Monitor the quality and impact of Inclusion through robust quality assurance and school improvement activity.
Work alongside the CEO to maintain exceptional standards of education and Inclusion throughout the Trust.
We are looking for someone who:
Has significant senior leadership experience within primary education.
Has an outstanding track record of improving outcomes for children with SEND and Disadvantaged pupils.
Is an experienced Safeguarding leader with excellent knowledge of statutory responsibilities.
Has successfully led whole-school or Trust-wide improvement.
We Offer:
Payment on ETAT Executive Payscale equivalent to Leadership Scale L13 to L18, dependent on experience.

The role sits within our central team, who are based in Kingswood, Bristol. Regular travel to our schools is an essential part of the role. There will be some opportunity for flexible working (in relation to location).
