What skills and experience we're looking for

We are a Church of England Trust with 14 primary schools across North and West Yorkshire (Ripon, Skipton/Craven, Leeds and Kirklees). We are looking to recruit a full time, permanent Trust Inclusion Lead to champion inclusion practice across all our schools.

You will play a key strategic role leading Trust policy for inclusion and SEND, including working with schools, their children, parents and carers. Your role will involve you in visiting schools, supporting SENDCos, other leaders and staff, leading training and assessing the impact of Trust and school level strategy on the full flourishing of all children.

You will have been involved in leading inclusion practice in school settings, with qualifications and experience of supporting children with special needs and vulnerabilities. You will have a track record of improvement and be able to impact on Trust practice from early on in your tenure.
