Trust Lead for Inclusion Pathways job summary

As postholder you will oversee our specialist spaces, ensuring they are research-led and legally compliant. You will be modelling practice for complex learners while strategically liaising with Local Authorities to manage placements and directions. You will ensure that every child with exceptional needs has a robust, evidence-based inclusion pathway.

You will be a qualified teacher (QTS) and have experience of managing a successful specialist provision or experience within specialist education, expert knowledge of the EHCP pathway and LA liaison and the ability to audit, model practice, and facilitate rapid improvement

The Trust Offices are located within the grounds of The Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School. The role is across all trust locations, access to a vehicle and a full driving license is therefore essential
