What the school offers its staff

About The Education Team:

At Creative Education Trust, we believe that every child can achieve, and high expectations are the cornerstone of equity. Since our foundation 2010, we have worked in England’s post-industrial cities and coastal towns: areas of economic disadvantage and with a history of academic underachievement.

Our experienced education team provides high quality school improvement, school development and leadership support to our schools, working closely with school leaders to ensure our schools achieve the highest outcomes for our students.

The team includes former school leaders and HMI, with phase experts from EYFS to Post-16 working with staff and students to ensure strong practice and collaboration. In secondary schools, core subject experts support departments in improving teaching, learning, and assessment. Our subject leaders regularly develop the curriculum and manage assessment moderation across the network.

Our work is tailored to the needs of individual schools, practical and efficient, yet responsive to the changing needs of schools committed to continuous self-improvement. Supported by the Education Standards Committee, the Primary Head Teachers’ Group, and the Secondary Principals’ Group, work together to regularly assess progress and design strategies to move our schools forward.
