The Candidate

We are recruiting a Trust Leader of Inclusion, Attendance and Behaviour. You will be an inspiring and compassionate educational leader who genuinely believes that every pupil can succeed, whatever their starting point or circumstances. You will be passionate about inclusion and committed to creating an environment in which every child and young person feels valued, supported and able to thrive. With significant leadership experience and a strong understanding of SEND, disadvantaged and vulnerable pupils, you will bring both the expertise and the care needed to make a real difference.

You will be a collaborative leader who builds trust and listens carefully. Working alongside school leaders and colleagues across the Trust, you will share ideas, promote best practice and provide both challenge and support to strengthen attendance, behaviour and inclusion. Above all, you will share our belief that inclusion is at the heart of great education. You will bring energy, resilience and optimism, alongside high expectations of yourself and others. If you are motivated by the opportunity to work collaboratively across a Trust and help ensure that every child and young person has the opportunity to thrive, we want hear from you!

If you would like to have a conversation about the post, please do contact Emily Holmes on the details below, and she will arrange for you to speak with our Head of Education or CEO.
