What skills and experience we're looking for

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy:Drive the strategic direction of the school, ensuring alignment with Trust-wide goals and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Teaching & Learning:Lead high-quality teaching and learning to maximise academic progress and instil a lifelong love of learning in our pupils.
  • Curriculum & Ethos:Collaborate to develop an ambitious, sequenced Trust curriculum that inspires curiosity and deepens understanding of the world.
  • Achievement:Monitor and improve academic standards using Trust data and national benchmarks, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
  • Pastoral Care:Create a warm, inclusive and caring environment where every child is known, valued, and supported.
  • Holistic Development:Enrich the lives of pupils and staff through a broad range of opportunities both within and beyond the classroom.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven track record as a successful Deputy Headteacher or senior leader.
  • A passionate educator with a commitment to excellence and equity.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to inspire and lead others.
  • A role model who embodies the values of the Trust and promotes a positive school culture.
