This Year 6 teacher role is an important appointment for us in achieving our ambitious goals for our pupils. In the first year you will be based in one of our primary schools, working with a specific class to maximise their chances of achieving excellent outcomes and ensuring they are ready for the next phase of their education. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the curriculum as relevant to the age and ability group/subject/s that you teach.
• Be responsible for the preparation and development of teaching materials, teaching programmes and pastoral arrangements as appropriate.
• Be accountable for the attainment, progress and outcomes of pupils’ you teach
• Be aware of pupils’ capabilities, their prior knowledge and plan teaching and differentiate appropriately to build on this demonstrating knowledge and 2 of 5 understanding of how pupils learn

Qualifications:: Qualified to degree level including Qualified Teacher Status
