We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an experienced upper Key Stage 2 teacher, with a secure understanding of effective classroom practice, end of Key Stage 2 expectations and statutory assessment.
  • Has the skills to lead a phase, supporting and developing colleagues and helping to drive improvement.
  • Is enthusiastic, hardworking and well organised, with a clear commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Has the creativity and drive to deliver engaging, imaginative lessons that inspire pupils, nurture curiosity and support them to think independently within a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Values relationships at the heart of education, building strong, positive connections with pupils, staff, parents, governors and the wider community.
  • Thrives as part of a team, bringing a collaborative spirit, a willingness to contribute and a readiness to “get stuck in”.
