Our school takes great pride in delivering high quality academic teaching and learning. The teachers know their pupils really well and they give children activities which suit their individual ability levels. We enjoy a rich, broad curriculum and whether children favour reading, Maths, sports or sciences, there are opportunities for them to enjoy learning new knowledge and skills every day.

The Pupil Voice plays a really important part of our school. In every year group in every term, children all have the opportunity to take a leadership position. In every class we have School Council Representatives, Eco-Club representatives and Wellbeing ambassadors. This gives our pupils the opportunity to make decisions and they know that their thoughts and feelings matter.

We run a variety of House competitions and enjoy playing inter-house matches. This means that the older and younger children in each house work together in unity to earn the rewards and end of term treats.

We offer lots of extra curricular activities: We are lucky to have extensive grounds. Our school is famous for our outdoor learning programme and we are out in all weathers enjoying Forest School. We have a strong sports programme and every child from Year 1 up represents the school and competes in matches against other schools in the Buckingham Partnership.

Children can participate in dance clubs, gymnastics club, tennis clubs. We have specialist music teachers who offer piano, drum, guitar lessons and a variety of orchestral instruments.

Our school has great facilities: We are blessed with huge pitches to play football and tag rugby on, we have lots of playground areas and woodland to play in, we have a swimming pool, computing suite, indoor hall and netball court, large dining room and spacious classrooms. The site was originally a secondary school so we have plenty of room!

We have delicious hot lunches which are made from scratch in our commercial kitchens by our chefs.

Wellbeing and pastoral care is very important in our school and the teachers really care about the children in their care. Children can feel confident that if they are upset, or have any friendship problems, the staff will always take it seriously.

We look forward to welcoming you to interview for this wonderful opportunity to join our staff team!

Please have a look at our website and read the welcome from our Headteacher, Mrs Quinton.
