The governors of Balladen Community Primary School wish to appoint a class teacher with TLR from September 2025 to work in Key Stage 2. You must be hardworking, experienced, dedicated and passionate about learning and have a drive to make a difference to the education of all pupils across the school. We are looking for a teacher who can lead Maths, help develop our young staff, is a team player who wants the best for all and has a drive to instil a love of learning for all and improve outcomes.

You will:

  • Have adaptability and flexibility in working practices and the ability to know when to use initiative
  • Have a high degree of professionalism in your approach to work
  • Be an outstanding practitioner
  • Be able to motivate others
  • Be able to monitor teaching and learning of English and know how to move it forward

  • Inspire the pupils through creative teaching

  • Enthusiastic, driven and willing to take an active role in every aspect of school life
