What skills and experience we're looking for

We’re looking for someone with industry experience in Building Services Engineering to join our team and teach and/or assess apprentices working towards their qualifications and end point assessments.

You don’t need to have teaching or assessing experience for this role. We’re most interested in your industry knowledge, practical experience and enthusiasm for helping young people develop the skills they need to succeed in the Construction sector. Training towards a teaching or assessor qualification can be provided for the right person.

The role offers variable, ad-hoc hours, so it could be a great opportunity if you’re looking for occasional work or something you can fit alongside your current role.

  • supporting learners to develop their industry knowledge and skills
  • providing feedback to help learners make progress
  • supporting apprentices as they work towards their end point assessments
  • helping learners achieve their full potential
  • working with colleagues to provide an exceptional learning experience
