Ormiston Park Academy are thrilled to present the opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Vice Principal to join our dynamic team.

As Vice Principal, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and management of the academy. Working closely with the Principal, you will help drive our mission to provide outstanding education and foster a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement. Ormiston Park Academy is part of the Ormiston Academies Trust, giving staff access to a wide network of support and all the additional benefits being part of a large trust bring.

Ormiston Park Academy is a small (710) but growing and highly aspirational co-educational secondary school based in Aveley, Essex, for students aged 11-19.

Our vision of ‘Believe and Achieve’ underpins all aspects of academy life in our impressive, well-resourced buildings and grounds.

The school officially reopened as an academy in 2009 and we are sponsored by the Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT). OAT is one of the largest and longest standing trusts in the school system and is guided by our founder, Peter Murray’s belief that every child deserves the chance to thrive.
