What skills and experience we're looking for

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Senior Leadership Team, supporting the Principal in providing whole Academy leadership and ensuring a whole Academy approach to school improvement with a particular focus on curriculum and standards.

Successful candidates will:

  • Be passionate about improving the lives of students they serve
  • Have a successful track record as a senior/middle leader
  • Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations
  • Have the ability to lead and motivate staff to deliver to the highest standards.
  • Role model a commitment to excellence
  • Have experience of curriculum development and timetabling.
