Vice Principal - KS2 job summary

Our Lady of the Magnificat MAC are looking to recruit a Vice Principal (with 0.2 FTE teaching commitment). This role will be based at St Marie’s Catholic Primary School and Nursery in Rugby. This is a permanent full-time position.

The successful candidate will:

  • be a practising Catholic;
  • support the nurturing ethos of our school and help inspire our children to develop their own faith;
  • be passionate about educating young people and puts their wellbeing at the heart of all they do;
  • support the Principal and KS1 Vice Principal with the day to day running of the school
  • work collaboratively with the Principal and KS1 Vice Principal to motivate and inspire staff while making them feel valued and supported.
  • have an excellent proven track record in teaching and learning within Primary education
