Neale-Wade Academy, a member of the Active Learning Trust, is seeking an exceptional and dynamic Vice Principal to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in driving the academy’s vision for excellence and ensuring all students achieve their full potential. Neale-Wade Academy is an 11 to 18 Academy at the heart of the local community providing high quality learning for all. Our vibrant, caring and innovative learning environment is underpinned by high expectations and high aspirations.
The RoleAs Vice Principal, you will support the Principal in providing strategic and operational leadership. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading high-quality teaching and learning across the academy.
- Ensuring the curriculum, teaching, and assessment align to drive exceptional academic and pastoral outcomes.
- Inspiring and empowering staff through professional development and quality assurance.
- Playing a key role in the daily management of the academy and deputising for the Principal when required.
We are looking for a highly motivated leader with:

- Proven success at senior leadership level, contributing to sustained improvements in student outcomes.
- Leading whole-school initiatives with demonstrable impact.
