Vice Principal job summary
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong, strategic leadership aligned with the Academy’s vision, values, and improvement priorities.
Lead and enhance the quality of teaching, learning, assessment, and curriculum development.
Support, coach, and develop staff through effective CPD, performance management, and professional collaboration.
Oversee day-to-day operational management, ensuring a safe, well-organised, and inclusive learning environment.
Work in partnership with families, staff, external agencies, and the wider community to raise standards and improve outcomes for all pupils.
We Are Seeking a Leader Who:
Has significant senior leadership experience with a demonstrable record of school improvement.
Possesses exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills.
Is committed to collaboration, equity, inclusion, and meaningful community engagement.
Has a thorough understanding of curriculum design, pedagogy, assessment, and current educational standards.
