Vice Principal job summary
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for an outstanding leader to join our school as Vice Principal.
This is an incredible opportunity for an inspiring and collaborative individual to join us and help to accelerate our impressive journey; to establish an academy culture that ensures all pupils develop into ethical future leaders.
You will join a cohesive senior leadership team and enthusiastic staff body. You will inspire our pupils by delivering an innovative curriculum and by giving them the confidence to think big, and fulfil their potential.
You will have:
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
- Experience of senior leadership and management within a school setting.
- Experience of successful and sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
- A strong commitment to our STAR values.
