Vice Principal (Quality of Education) job summary

Neale-Wade Academy is an 11 to 18 Academy at the heart of the local community providing high quality learning for all. Our vibrant, caring and innovative learning environment is underpinned by high expectations and high aspirations.

We are looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Senior Leader who will support our school to become securely good and then outstanding. We are looking for someone who will be an inspirational and highly visible presence in our school and its local community, having clear impact on the thinking, attitudes and behaviours of all key stakeholders.

A key focus of this role will be promoting a clear vision of what good learning looks like and working strategically to consistently embed this across all 3 key stages. As an academy we have a strong commitment to continuous improvement, and we recognise that review and reflection are at the heart of this culture. We believe that triangulating the work of Teaching and Learning, Curriculum and Assessment is a crucial part of our journey, and the successful applicant will lead this key strategic oversight.

This role will require an outstanding leader who has the ability to lead strategic change and inspire and motivate others whilst sharing the vision and culture of the Trust and the Academy.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator capable of influencing people and representing the Academy. They will lead the strategic plans for quality of education through contributing to the school improvement plan. In addition, they will have the capacity to play a significant role in leading the Academy through the next stages of its development.
