Is a practising and committed Catholic with a secure understanding of the distinctive nature and purpose of Catholic education

Has experience of leadership and teaching in a successful and inclusive school environment
Has the ambition and integrity of an excellent leader who is motivated by the ‘SSPP way’ and going the extra mile
Can articulate and share a clear vision for primary education that reflects the mission and values of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Primary Academy & Nursery
Understands what constitutes high-quality educational provision and has strategies to raise standards and ensure the success of all pupils
Is well-organised and adaptable, able to balance competing priorities and respond positively to the changing needs of a busy school environment.
Has excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and the wider community
