Vice Principal job summary

The successful applicant will specialise in one of the following three areas of academy leadership: Curriculum & Assessment; Welfare & Pupil Premium; Teaching and Learning & SEND. We are determined to appoint the best possible leader to our current vacant Vice Principal position and therefore are interested to receive applications from leaders interested in any one of these leadership roles. It is important to us that we get the best possible leader with the greatest ability to help drive our academy forward in the next steps of its development.

Each role offers a range of opportunities and challenges with a key focus on raising standards of achievement across the academy, thereby ensuring all students reach their full potential.

Applicants must currently hold a senior leadership position in a state secondary school/academy or post 16 college.
